I found the food in the restaurant a little pricey. The quality was average. I also thought happy hour should have been AVAILABLE at the poolside bar and not only at the inside bar.

The hotel staff was indeed friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any request. i found the breakfast to be quite good. It offered a wide variety of options. the pool area was also a highlight. It had ample loungers.

I noticed the gym equipment was quite old and some machines were not working. the wifi connection in the room was unreliable and frustrating. the hotel's location required frequent tuk-tuk rides to reach the city center. This added to the overall cost.

broken phone cold shower

the staff seemed friendly enough.

The in-room phone did not work. i had to use whatsapp to contact reception, but the wi-fi wasn't working well. the shower only had cold water. I found that unacceptable. i expected better from this hotel.
