The hotel staff was indeed friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any request. i found the breakfast to be quite good. It offered a wide variety of options. the pool area was also a highlight. It had ample loungers.

I noticed the gym equipment was quite old and some machines were not working. the wifi connection in the room was unreliable and frustrating. the hotel's location required frequent tuk-tuk rides to reach the city center. This added to the overall cost.

the staff seemed friendly enough.

The in-room phone did not work. i had to use whatsapp to contact reception, but the wi-fi wasn't working well. the shower only had cold water. I found that unacceptable. i expected better from this hotel.
